Jolibook, A New Netbook from Jolicloud

Yes maybe this month something big is really going to happen in the world of little computers...

Jolicloud seems to be in the final stage of developing a netbook of its own. As it website showed, perhaps it will be released as soon as this month.

The only known specifications so far is that Jolicloud 1.1-powered laptop will boast an Atom N550 CPU, and a 250GB hard drive. Jolicloud also says that the netbook's display will boast a "gorgeous" screen and an affordable price. Jolicloud is a new operating system for netbooks.

Dell unveils Atom-based Inspiron Duo Tablet/Netbook Hybrid

Inspiron Duo tablet/Netbook Hybrid has a 10-inch screen, Intel Dual Core Atom processor, and runs on Windows 7 premium.

The tablet/netbook hybrid also hides a sliding keyboard unlike Dell's previous tablet Streak and Apple iPad.

The general manager of Intel's Architecture Group, David Zavelson, described Inspiron duo as "the world's most powerful 10-inch Windows tablet."

Buffalo created USB Blu-Ray player for your laptop or netbook - external player. This USB Blu-Ray supports 3D format!

For the Blu-Ray player with this 3D format capability it only costs $350.  For that price, many will consider getting an all new laptop with Blu-Ray although it might not have 3D support.

The Buffalo portable player is part number BP3D-PI6U2-BK and measures 137- × 147- × 20mm.  The device is currently available in Japan, but will lander later this month in the US.

Asus EeePC Running Window 7

Many people have been waiting for the netbooks with Windows 7. Now the good news is here. Asus upgrades their EeePC with newly available Windows 7. This new OS available in EeePC 1005HA series with 10.1-inch screen, Intel Atom N280 CPU (1.66Ghz), Intel 945GSE chipset, 1GB memory, Wi-Fi b/g/n and 250GB HDD.

Asus EeePC 1005HA-PU17 is the upgrade version of Asus EeePC 1005HA-PU1X with new Windows 7. Asus EeePC 1005HA-M is similar to Asus EeePC 1005HA-V but it comes with Windows 7. The EeePC 1005HA-PU17 available in black and blue, EeePC 1005HA-M in black, blue, pink and white.
